Evaulation
With the project now done and dusted, this is my evaluation of how everything went. I think the overwhelming theme of this post can be summarised as learning to understand the compromises between reality and expectation. What I expected to create was very distant from what I actually created. This is a good thing however. As a creator, I had an idea of what I wanted to make that I did not enclose within any framework of reality. This project gave me the first sense of what this framework of reality looks like. Now I know, to a very small extent, how to mould reality to get what I want. What I want from now will also be much more realistic. I don't like disappointment, and I don't want to be disappointed. That doesn't mean I won't continue to push the boundaries of what can be made though. I'll continue to do it... just much... slower.
